These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases of digital products, personalized guidance services, private coaching programs, and use of the websites operated by Intuitive Inez, a business established in Denmark and serving customers internationally.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable contractual terms, without waiving any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Scope
These Terms apply to the following products and services:
Clarity Codes: Digital Human Design decision-making guides.
Your Personal Clarity Decode: Personalized written Human Design guidance.
Deep Transformation: An eight-week private coaching program.
Other products and services expressly offered under these Terms.
The relevant sales page, checkout information, order confirmation, and any individually agreed written service description form part of the agreement.
Product-specific terms take precedence over general provisions where they conflict, subject to mandatory law.
1.2 International Customers
Intuitive Inez operates from Denmark and offers products and services internationally.
These Terms are intended to apply to customers worldwide. However, consumers may have mandatory rights under the laws of their country of habitual residence, including rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that participation in the purchased services is lawful in their location. This provision does not remove any legal obligations imposed on Intuitive Inez.
1.3 Eligibility
Purchases are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when making purchases and using the services.
1.4 Changes to These Terms
Intuitive Inez may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, services, business operations, or applicable law.
Updated Terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase agreement without a valid legal basis.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Clarity Codes
Clarity Codes consists of digital educational guides designed to help customers understand and apply their Human Design decision-making authority.
Customers select the guide corresponding to their Human Design Authority.
The product is self-guided and does not include personalized chart interpretation, individual coaching, direct consultation, or ongoing support unless expressly stated otherwise.
The content is intended for education, reflection, and personal development.
2.2 Your Personal Clarity Decode
Your Personal Clarity Decode is a personalized written guidance service based on information provided by the customer, including relevant Human Design details and a specific question or situation.
The customer receives the personalized written deliverable described on the relevant sales page.
Unless expressly included in the purchased offer, the service does not include live coaching, ongoing mentorship, unlimited follow-up questions, or continued personal support.
The service is designed to help customers gain insight into their decision-making patterns and personal circumstances. It does not replace their independent judgment.
2.3 Deep Transformation
Deep Transformation is an eight-week private coaching program focused on self-understanding, decision-making, personal development, and practical integration.
The eight-week program begins on the date of the client's first scheduled coaching session.
The number and duration of coaching sessions, included resources, communication channels, and level of support will be specified on the relevant sales page or in the individual written agreement provided before purchase.
The program runs for eight consecutive weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional sessions, extensions, or services are not included unless expressly agreed.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
The total price, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, will be disclosed before the customer confirms the purchase.
Any currency conversion charges imposed by the customer's bank or payment provider are outside the control of Intuitive Inez.
Prices may change, but changes will not affect previously accepted orders.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Intuitive Inez does not directly store customers' complete payment card details.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
3.3 Deep Transformation Payment Options
Deep Transformation is purchased at an agreed total program price.
Available payment options may include:
Payment in full at the time of purchase.
Payment over three months.
Payment over six months.
The total price, installment amounts, payment dates, and any applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Installment arrangements are payment plans for the agreed eight-week program. They are not ongoing monthly coaching subscriptions.
A three-month or six-month payment plan does not extend the coaching period or entitle the client to additional services.
A client's decision to stop attending sessions does not, by itself, automatically cancel an agreed payment plan.
However, payment obligations remain subject to statutory withdrawal rights, lawful cancellation terms, mandatory consumer protections, and remedies for any breach of contract.
3.4 Failed Payments
If an installment payment fails, Intuitive Inez may contact the customer to arrange payment.
Reasonable measures may be taken to recover overdue amounts or suspend future services, where permitted by applicable law and the agreed contract.
Any legally required notice will be provided.
4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
4.1 Clarity Codes
Clarity Codes is delivered digitally, normally by email or download link, following successful payment and completion of the legally required steps for immediate digital delivery.
Customers must provide a valid email address.
If the delivery email is not received, customers should check their spam folder and contact [email protected] for assistance.
Intuitive Inez will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery issues without unnecessary delay.
4.2 Your Personal Clarity Decode
Your Personal Clarity Decode is individually prepared after the customer provides the required information.
The completed personalized written guidance will be delivered within five (5) business days after all necessary information has been received and performance of the service has lawfully commenced.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Danish public holidays.
If the customer expressly requests that performance begin during the statutory withdrawal period, work may begin once the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
If the customer does not request early performance, work will begin after the applicable withdrawal period expires, and the five-business-day delivery period will run from lawful commencement once all required information has been received.
If additional information is needed, Intuitive Inez may contact the customer for clarification.
Delivery will take place electronically through [email / PDF attachment / secure download link].
Customers may request correction of factual errors or missing agreed deliverables.
Additional questions, expanded analysis, or new guidance outside the original scope may require a separate purchase.
4.3 Deep Transformation — Program Commencement
The Deep Transformation program begins on the date of the client's first scheduled coaching session.
Sessions are delivered through [video platform] or another mutually agreed method.
Booking instructions and relevant program information will be provided before the first session.
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and attend scheduled sessions punctually.
4.4 Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, may result in the session being counted as used without an entitlement to a replacement session, where this is lawful and reasonable.
If Intuitive Inez needs to reschedule a session, a suitable alternative appointment will be offered at no additional charge.
Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
This policy does not affect statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer protections.
4.5 Program Duration
Deep Transformation runs for eight consecutive weeks from the first scheduled coaching session.
Clients are responsible for booking and attending sessions within the agreed program period, subject to the availability and scheduling arrangements agreed with Intuitive Inez.
Unused sessions do not automatically extend the program.
Extensions must be agreed in writing.
Where a session cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to Intuitive Inez, an appropriate alternative or remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
4.6 Delivery Delays and Technical Problems
Intuitive Inez will use reasonable care and skill in delivering purchased products and services.
If a material delay or technical problem occurs, customers will be informed and offered an appropriate remedy.
Statutory rights relating to non-delivery, defective digital content, or non-performance remain unaffected.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS
5.1 Statutory Consumer Rights
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, special rules apply.
Customers in different countries may have additional or different mandatory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
5.2 Clarity Codes — Immediate Digital Delivery
Clarity Codes is digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Where applicable, before immediate delivery the customer must provide express prior consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal will be lost once supply begins.
Where all applicable legal conditions are satisfied, including confirmation on a durable medium, the statutory withdrawal right is lost once supply begins.
If the necessary conditions have not been satisfied, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in force.
The loss of a statutory withdrawal right does not remove remedies for defective, non-conforming, or undelivered digital content.
5.3 Your Personal Clarity Decode — Personalized Services
Your Personal Clarity Decode is a personalized service.
Where applicable, the customer has a statutory 14-day withdrawal period beginning when the contract is concluded.
A customer who wishes work to begin during this period may expressly request early commencement.
If the customer validly withdraws after work has begun but before the service is fully performed, Intuitive Inez may be entitled to a proportionate payment for services already provided, provided all relevant legal requirements have been met.
Where the service has been fully performed following the required express request and acknowledgment, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost in accordance with applicable law.
The personalized nature of the service does not, by itself, automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.
5.4 Deep Transformation — Coaching Services
Deep Transformation is an eight-week coaching service.
Where applicable, the client has a statutory 14-day withdrawal period beginning when the contract is concluded.
Clients may expressly request that coaching begin before this period expires.
If the client validly withdraws after coaching has commenced, Intuitive Inez may be entitled to proportionate payment for services already provided, subject to applicable law and completion of the required information and consent procedures.
Attendance at the first coaching session does not automatically remove the statutory withdrawal right for the entire program.
Where the entire service has been fully performed and the applicable legal conditions for loss of the withdrawal right have been satisfied, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply.
5.5 Cancellation After the Statutory Withdrawal Period
After the applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, cancellation or early termination of Deep Transformation will be handled under the agreed cancellation terms and applicable law.
A client's voluntary decision to discontinue participation does not automatically terminate an installment agreement.
However, any amounts retained, cancellation charges imposed, or future installments claimed must be consistent with the contract and applicable consumer protection laws.
Intuitive Inez will not enforce any provision to the extent it is prohibited by mandatory law.
5.6 Exercising a Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise it by sending a clear statement of their decision to withdraw to: [email protected]
The statement must be sent before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Customers may use the statutory model withdrawal form supplied with the relevant purchase information, but they are not required to use it.
Where required by applicable law, customers may also exercise their withdrawal rights using the online withdrawal function made available through the relevant purchasing interface.
Intuitive Inez will acknowledge an online withdrawal submission on a durable medium where legally required.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the applicable statutory timeframe, normally using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5.7 Refunds Outside Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Refund requests outside an applicable statutory withdrawal period will be assessed under the agreed contractual terms and applicable law.
A change of mind, a decision not to use purchased services, or dissatisfaction with an individual outcome does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
However, customers retain mandatory remedies relating to defective products, non-delivery, failure to provide agreed services, and other breaches of contract.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver the purchased product or service.
For personalized services, customers are responsible for providing the information requested within a reasonable timeframe.
Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and circumstances.
Purchasing educational materials or participating in coaching does not transfer responsibility for personal, professional, financial, or other decisions to Intuitive Inez.
Customers should seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content, guides, written analyses, coaching materials, educational resources, frameworks, and other protected materials supplied by Intuitive Inez remain the intellectual property of Intuitive Inez or the applicable rights holder.
A purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for personal purposes.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit purchased materials.
Customers may not share paid materials, download links, or account access with unauthorized third parties.
These restrictions are subject to uses permitted by mandatory law.
8. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
8.1 Human Design
Human Design is a self-reflection and personal development framework. It is not an established scientific method for predicting outcomes or determining objectively correct decisions.
Products and services offered by Intuitive Inez are intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness, and decision-making.
8.2 No Regulated Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products and services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
They do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
8.3 Individual Results and Personal Responsibility
Intuitive Inez provides educational materials, personalized guidance, and coaching services designed to support greater self-awareness, clarity, and informed decision-making.
Each individual's experience and progress will naturally vary depending on their personal circumstances, choices, and how they apply the guidance provided. Accordingly, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Client testimonials reflect individual experiences and results, which may differ from those of others.
Nothing in this section limits the customer's statutory rights or Intuitive Inez's obligation to deliver the agreed products and services.
8.4 Independent Decisions
Customers are encouraged to consider their own circumstances, responsibilities, and practical realities when evaluating guidance.
Intuitive Inez does not make binding decisions on behalf of customers.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Intuitive Inez will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing products and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Intuitive Inez will not be liable for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by independent decisions made by customers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-delivery, defective digital content, failure to provide agreed services, or other breaches of contract.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. DIGITAL ACCESS AND PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Intuitive Inez makes reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased digital content and relevant online services.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions.
Where access is materially affected, reasonable steps will be taken to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative or remedy.
Changes to delivery platforms or technical systems will not unlawfully deprive customers of purchased rights.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond their reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, major infrastructure failures, government restrictions, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
The affected party will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate material delays.
Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
12. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Customers experiencing a problem with a product or service should contact: [email protected]
Please include the customer's name, relevant order information, and a description of the issue.
Intuitive Inez will review complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Consumers may have access to public consumer complaint bodies or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
Information about relevant complaint procedures will be provided where legally required.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERNATIONAL JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country of habitual residence where such protections apply.
Disputes will be resolved by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights relating to jurisdiction, applicable law, or access to legal remedies.
14. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Intuitive Inez processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Depending on the product or service, personal information may include:
Name and contact information.
Order and payment information.
Birth date, birth time, and birth location provided for Human Design-related services.
Information voluntarily submitted through forms, questionnaires, emails, or coaching communications.
Information reasonably necessary to provide purchased products and services.
Personal data will be processed for specified, legitimate purposes and only where an appropriate legal basis exists.
Further information about processing purposes, legal bases, service providers, international transfers, retention periods, and individual rights is provided in the separate Privacy Policy.

15. WEBSITE USE
Visitors agree not to interfere with the lawful operation, functionality, or security of the website.
Original website content, branding, written materials, and other protected elements may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without permission, except where permitted by law.
Intuitive Inez may update website content and functionality.
General website information is provided for informational purposes unless expressly incorporated into a purchased product or service.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Any invalid provision will be addressed consistently with applicable law.

STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers will be provided with the legally required withdrawal information and statutory model withdrawal form before entering into the contract and on a durable medium in the relevant order confirmation.
Customers are not required to use the model form to exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal.
